Do We Have To Sign A Contract?

No, there are no complicated contracts. The only thing we ask is, if you must cancel a regularly scheduled appointment, that you do it at least 24 hours in advance. Our house cleaners are paid for each home they clean - a cancellation without enough notice to reschedule another appointment directly affects the housekeeper's income.

What Time Will The Maids Be At My Home?

We normally work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can make an appointment between this time range.

Do You Provide The Cleaning Supplies Or Do We?

The choice is yours. We realize that most customers already have cleaning supplies and basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, broom, mop) in their home. Our fee is based on using our cleaning supplies. We provide you with a list of Suggested Products.

Is There Anything Cosmopolit Maids Can't Help With?

Due to health concerns (toxoplasmosis) we do not clean out cat boxes. Blood, vomit and anything else along these lines (either of human or animal origin) needs to be cleaned though a bio-hazard cleaning service.

I've Never Had Maid Service Before, How Do I Get Started?

Submit a cleaning quote request so you have an idea of the estimated cleaning time for your home. Most people elect an initial deep cleaning to start, and then switch to routine cleaning service at a frequency that suits them.

How Do I Prepare For My First Cleaning?

Make sure to provide your home specifics, such us your pet instructions, keys, alarms or any other specific instructions about your household. If you have any trouble areas, or pet peeves, mention them prior to our visit so we can bring any special cleaning supplies required and be prepared to address these issues on our first visit. You can email us on any issue. We are happy to address even very specific items room by room.

How Do You Get Into My House If I'm Not At Home?

Most of our customers are not at home when we come to clean. We will make personal and confidential arrangements with you on how to gain access to the house. If we are unable to gain access to your house for a regularly scheduled cleaning, we must charge you a fee of $40 to compensate for loss of time and driving expenses.

How do you protect my keys?

If you choose for us to hold your key it is secured in a locked key storage device to which only manager have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day. All keys are organized in a numeric system and have no connection to your information or address.

How many people will clean my home?

We work in teams of two or alone, depending on the size of your house.

What If My Cleaning Is Scheduled On A Holiday?

What are your house cleaning rates?

Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. Call us directly for an estimate or make an appointment online.

Why Does The First Time Cleaning Cost More?

It usually takes us longer to clean the house the first time because there are areas of the home that we will be cleaning that haven't been cleaned in quite a while. Cleaning can take 1.5 - 2 times longer than your regular cleanings.

How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash or personal check. If you aren't home we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop. One­time cleanings require a credit card payment or cash. Payments made by PayPal for cleaning services are subject to a 3% surcharge.

How do I make a payment via PayPal?

Choose "Pay Online" below in our webpage.

1.From the Pay Online page, type the amount you want to pay, click "P" button to complete your payment.

2.Complete your payment information on the Authorize PayPal page through a PayPal account or pay with debit card without a PayPal account.


What Quality Control Do You Provide?

Every time we clean your home the housekeeper is going to leave you a form called a Checklist. We would like for you to make sure that all of the items listed on the form have been done in each room that was cleaned. Please leave the Checklist with your Payment for us when we'll be there next time.

Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?

Are your housekeepers trained and supervised?

Team members are trained before they're permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to oversee that cleaning tasks are completed correctly.

Do You Check The Backgrounds Of Your House Cleaners?

Yes we do, in fact we will not even consider the recruitment of a new house cleaner unless they have a minimum of 2 verifiable references and a stable previous work history. House cleaners must be bondable, which means no felony convictions.
